The FLAT
Our flat is just amazing and has a wonderful charming feel to it :) The flat has just been totally refurbished and it is really a MUST! (me being a tenant....promise you it's one in a million). Great toilette space with modern accessories and an Iron Cast Bath! Modern kitchen dinner with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezers (with one of those cool water recipients) microwaves, espresso machine, rice cooker, steamers, etc! The Living room is very bright and cosy and the large windows facing the communal garden gives the living room a feeling of being in a proper home (me being proud of our nest ). We have a charcoal grey corner sofa, LCD TV, DVD, Hi fi, Wii, Playstation, drums (and everything you may imagine) dining table (which expands and where you can seat 6 people). I would say that you need to come and take a look and you will definitely love it!

The neighbourhood
It is a very quite area with really calm and friendly neighbours. You can even hear the little birds when you wake up! There are two great gyms close by with very accessible memberships(one of them is 15£ a month only!).For shopping you have a Tesco express (recently opened), a big Sainsbury 10 minutes walk, a street market (huge!) which takes place every Sunday and is only a 10 minutes' walk, plus loads of little convenience shops and grocery shops (including a Portuguese delicacy shop and a halal shop). Plenty of little restaurants(Portuguese, Caribbean, etc) and little shops in the area will give you assurance that you can buy everything you need!

Other stuff
Sharing with young professionals. We are quite calm and relaxed people, like our space and we like to ensure the flat has a home/cosy feeling. We love travelling, music, dancing...
