All items posted on Free Give Group are free with no money trading to take place. Member guarantees they are legally entitled to give away such items. You accept goods at your own risk. Freegive.co.uk or any of its groups shall not be liable for any errors contained in postings. Any personal information you include in your posting is your responsibility and you should assess any risks involved in including information. You are entirely responsible for the information and description of goods posted. You use the website and service at your own risk. Freegive.co.uk reserve the right to edit or remove any posting for any reason whatsoever. All items posted on Free Give Group must comply with freegive.co.uk group rules and it is the person responsibility to ensure this. It is up to each individual member of a Freegive group when arranging for pickup of the item being given away to be appropriately aware of the potential risk of having "a stranger" come to your home to pick something up. The Freegive and member groups, assume no responsibility for this risk. It's wise to arrange for a drop-off at a public place (shopping area, library, etc.); or if you do give a member your address, to leave the item on the porch without mentioning whether or not you'll be home. If you, for example, are a single woman living alone, you may want to meet in a public place during the day to exchange the item, or have somebody with you at home, so it doesn't appear that you live alone.
