Keep it clean
At Freegive we want to make sure that the site is as clean, friendly and usable as possible for everyone, but we need rules to keep things from getting out of hand.
We reserve the right to remove ads where these breach our posting rules and/or terms & conditions. Posters that regularly break our posting rules may find their future use of the site restricted or permanently banned from using the site. Below is a list of things you shouldn't do when posting an ad on Freegive Directory.
General Rules
- You must be 18 years old or older to post an ad.
- Your ad title, description and account profile should not contain link to your website or to other websites.
- Posting photos of genitals or topless photos or pornographic photos is not allowed on any category.
You may not post advertisements for the following:
- We do not accept free ad or sponsor ad that include any kind of adult/pornographic, hatred, fraud, illegal or inappropriate content
- Advertisements that contain or imply discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status or religion.
- Sales of restricted, prohibited, harmful or illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, obscene material, prescription drugs, imported wildlife and stolen goods
- Items for which you do not have the right to sell the goods or services in question, including tickets which may not be resold, or goods or services which infringe the copyright, trade mark or other rights of a third party, such as counterfeit or pirated material
- Mailing lists and personal information
- Any advertisement that is for any other reason illegal, obscene or unacceptable in any way.
Category: Personals
- If you are not at least 18 years of age, you may not post your ad on ( Personals category ).
- Please include your age in your ad.
- Do not use any of this word "sex, sexy, fuck, pussy, dick, bitch" in your women looking for men, men looking for women, friendship - activity partners, get paid to be a friend ad. If you fail to do so, your ad will not be listed.
- Posting photos of genitals or topless photos or pornographic photos is not allowed.
- Do not post multiple ads in the same categories. Only post one ad per category.
No duplicate ads
We only allow one ad for a particular category. Please don't post the same ad (even if re-worded!) more than once either in the same category or across multiple categories. If there are a few possible areas for your ad then please choose the most relevant. Any duplicate ads will be removed and if you continue to post duplicates we may decide to restrict your access
Post in the correct category
Please post in the correct category as it helps both posters in reaching the right audience with their ad and helps the users looking for something to find what they want.
Responsibility for content
You understand that all listings, linked from the site are the sole responsibility of the person or organization from whom such content originated. You also understand that Freegive.co.uk do not control and are not responsible for content made available through the service, and that by using the service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise objectionable.
Furthermore, the service and content made available through the service may contain links to other web sites that are completely independent of Freegive.co.uk make no representation or warranty as the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained on such web site.
User conduct
You agree to act responsibly and to treat other users with respect. Users also must not use the service to harass or abuse other users. Individuals who have demonstrably harassed other individuals may be removed from or blocked from the service.
You agree not to post, website link, otherwise make available content that:
- Is unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, bigoted, racially offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
- Discriminates against any persons on the grounds of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or age.
- Advertises any illegal services or the sale of any items prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
- Is harmful to minors or displays sexually explicit material of any kind.
- Encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any applicable local, national, European or international law or regulation.
- Transmits or posts any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, "spam," junk mail, "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," etc.
- Transmits or posts any content that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.
- Contains personally identifiable information about another member that is published without their express consent.
- Contains material originally posted by another member that is reposted without permission or attribution.
- Has misleading email addresses or other manipulated identifiers to disguise its origin.
- Is purposefully posted in an irrelevant category or city, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service's infrastructure.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted.
- "Stalk" or otherwise harass anyone.
- Collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes.
Dealings with third parties
Freegive shall not be liable for your interactions with any organizations and/or individuals found through the service. This includes, but is not limited to, payment and delivery of goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings. These dealings are solely between you and such organisations and/or individuals. You agree that Freegive are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of any such dealings. Freegive are under no obligation to become involved in disputes between participants on the service, or between participants on the service and any third party.
